Do you offer free site surveys?

Absolutely! We believe every great system starts with a conversation. We offer a complimentary initial site survey for all new projects.

Do I need to be in the middle of a renovation to start?

Not at all, though the earlier the better to get us involved with your project. We can design and install systems at any stage—whether your home is a “blank canvas” shell or a fully finished, historic property. 

Can you work alongside my existing Architect or Interior Designer?

We regularly collaborate with Architects and Interior Designers from the early stages of a project. This can help to ensure that our systems compliment your homes aesthetics, not compete with it. We can also source bespoke finishes to match your designer’s chosen colour palette.

Do you offer a maintenance package?

Yes. We offer aftercare support to make sure your system is still performing to the level as the day it was installed. Recalibration of home cinemas is a crucial part of how the system performs that is often overlooked. We recommend a professional recalibration once a year, or whenever you make significant changes to the room (like adding a new rug or changing the seating).

What is “invisible technology?”

Invisible technology isn’t necessarily about being physically hidden; it’s about technology that feels simple, natural, and intuitive. Whether you want to make a statement with a pair of iconic, floor-standing speakers (that we still take huge enjoyment from supplying!), either working in unity or contrast with your decor, or prefer a completely minimalist look with high-fidelity audio being installed in walls, ceilings, or behind acoustic cladding, our goal is the same: technology that works beautifully without cluttering your lifestyle.

Can I see or hear a system before I buy?

We maintain a strong partnership with some of the leading manufacturers and distributors in the UK. We can arrange to meet you for a demonstration at their base, and some smaller items can sometimes be brought out for yourself, your Architect or Interior Designer to see on-site.
